Whether you’re a new client or a returning client, you’ll always be offered a free consultation so that we can best understand your needs and give you an idea of how we can help. Please don’t hesitate to schedule a consultation or contact us with any questions.
Therapy Sessions
We offer flexible scheduling with day and evening availability. All sessions are about 1 hour each and frequency will depend on your needs and availability.
Payment & Fees
Fees for a 1 hour session range $120 – $155. Please see each therapist’s profile for fees.
Secure payment can be made using credit card or Interac e-transfer.
Many health plans cover therapy. Check with your insurance provider on whether Registered Social Work or Registered Psychotherapy is covered.
Cancellation
Please provide notice of cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment or a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
