Ashley Neveu

Registered Psychotherapist

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with dual specialization in strengthening relationships and healing from trauma. I’ve helped many individuals and couples navigate their unique challenges and overcome emotional pain.

As an EMDR therapist, I’ve been trained to use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process traumatic experiences and heal from emotional pain. I’m also experienced in couples therapy and have helped many couples improve communication, build trust, and deepen their connection.

I am able to support people in unconventional relationships such as polyamory, throuples, and other forms of consensual non-monogamy. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their unique relationship dynamics and challenges.

I’m committed to creating a warm and supportive environment for my clients to heal and grow. I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs and goals, and work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve meaningful change.

Ari Mastro

Registered Social Worker

I’m a Registered Social Worker who specializes in supporting the LGBTQ2S+ community. I’m a queer, trans-masculine therapist with lived experience in navigating societal and cultural systems that have historically sought to pathologize and ostracize sexual, gender, and neurodiverse folks.

I’m passionate about helping my clients manage depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and loss. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients develop coping skills and build resilience.

My lived experience as a queer and trans therapist allows me to provide a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges that LGBTQ2S+ individuals may face. I create a safe and affirming space for clients to explore their gender identity, sexual orientation, and other aspects of their identities that may be impacting their mental health.

In addition to my expertise in LGBTQ2S+ issues, I’m also experienced in working with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. I provide culturally responsive care to individuals from all walks of life, and I’m committed to creating a therapeutic relationship that is grounded in trust and respect.

I’m dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling life. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I’m honored to support clients on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

Jelum Raval

Registered Psychotherapist

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped numerous clients to cope with a wide range of challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, relationship and family issues, and parenting concerns.

One of my areas of specialization is using somatic techniques to help clients better understand the mind-body connection as a tool for healing. For clients who experience strong bodily reactions to stress and change, somatic therapy can be incredibly effective in helping them to manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.

I’m known for being a warm and caring individual, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for all of my clients. I’m also committed to staying up to date on the latest developments in therapy techniques, and I regularly attend professional development workshops and conferences to ensure that my clients receive the best possible care.

If you’re struggling with mental health challenges, relationship issues, or parenting concerns, I’m here to help. Together, we can work to identify your strengths and develop strategies for overcoming the obstacles that are holding you back from living your best life.
